CANAL+ is launching a Request For Proposals for projects of new cartoon series to be broadcast on CANAL+'s channels from 2009-2010 onwards. From the projects received, CANAL+ will commission ten pilots, and then co-produce the best projects as series. This Request for Proposals is open to companies and authors/animators from all countries.
